How we ensure your satisfaction (cash paying clients only):
We will provide a refund for the first four individual therapy sessions if you are dissatisfied. Any dissatisfaction must be reported in writing no later than five days following each unsatisfactory session to allow us time to review the course of therapy, explain the therapeutic goals, and make necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. If, after the fourth individual therapy session you remain dissatisfied with the progress of therapy, we will refund all the therapy fees paid. (Note: Play group fees are exempt from this policy.)

J. can now tolerate having his food touch. He keeps his wrist down on the table most all of the time when writing. He goes to the bathroom without having to remove every article of clothing. He ties his own shoes and buttons his own pants. He can balance on one foot and then the other. He has tried all sorts of new and different foods (including a few mixed foods). He has beautiful self control in times of waiting. He is a different kid…with of course the same great sense of humor. I got all choked up yesterday when we were almost ready to leave OT as he sat in the rocking chair and said, "Look Mom, I am not afraid of falling anymore I like to rock."
